ICE calls for for a long term infrastructure needs assessment are cited in a Scottish Parliament briefing note for new members of the Scottish Parliament and its parliamentary committee.

ICE document was used to brief MSPs

The note cites the ICE’s State of the Nation Scotland report and sets out main challenges for the parliament in the new session. The report, launched by ICE Scotland in November last year, graded Scotland’s vital infrastructure networks and set out a series of recommendations.
