Institution publishes monologues from industry leaders

ICE Talks 1

The ICE has published a series of short monologues by industry leaders, discussing how the civil engineering profession can be more inclusive and attract a more diverse workforce.

ICE Talks” include figures such as Joanne Chau from High Speed 2 Ltd discussing what is holding the industry back.

The first round of monologues, on diversity, follows the launch of the ICE’s “Engineering Change” film, which aimed to instigate an “open, candid discussion”about why the industry fails to attract a wider pool of talent, particularly women.
