Alternative solutions to sanitation management from around the world will be revealed at the exclusive UK screening of seven short films at the ICE on 12 December.

Shit Happens, an Appropriate Development Panel event, will tackle the latest issues in sustainable sanitation management. The films, from the Television Trust for the Environment, focus on revolutionary projects from countries as far apart as Pakistan and Sweden, and offer solutions as disparate as composting worms and separating urine for use as a fertiliser.
