ICE calls on semi-retired and retired engineers to fill skills gap

RETIRED AND semi-retired members are being called on to combat skills shortages in engineering by making themselves available to work for the ICE.

Equal opportunities forum ICEFLOE is looking to tap into a vast resource by inviting retired or semi-retired engineers to register for long and short term assignments, reviews and to provide expert advice.

Many eligible ICE members have already been e-mailed a questionnaire, but those who have not and wish to register should e-mail icefloe@ice. org. uk or contact ICEFLOE on +44 (0) 20 7665 2152.

All information will be treated in complete confidence.
