ICE Benevolent Fund Golf Day winners announced

Last month, the ICE’s Benevolent Fund held its second golf day at Brocket Hall golf club in Welwyn, Hertfordshire.

This year, 20 teams from companies including URS, Laing O’Rourke, Mazars, Rathbones, CH2M Hill and Bam took part, along with the Mott MacDonald water division team, which returned to defend its 2013 title.

After the traditional bacon butty breakfast, play commenced. Live scoring was provided by golfing app VPAR, and players had the chance to win a Porsche Boxster with a hole in one, thanks to Porsche Hatfield.

The competition was close, with the top three teams separated by just two points.

The Trotter Brothers team from Connect Plus Services finally emerged as winners.
