Hyundai excavator debut at ScotPlant

UK civil engineers will get their first chance to see Hyundai’s latest tracked excavator at next month’s ScotPlant construction equipment event.

The new 42.6t R430LC-9A will be displayed on Young Plant Sales’ stand at the event.

The machine slots in between Hyundai’s existing R380LC-9A and R480LC-9A models, and is designed for bulk earthmoving, large civil engineering and quarrying work. It has a Stage IIIB engine technology, which meets current emissions standards.

Also on the stand will be the 22.5t R220LC-9A, which made its UK debut at Plantworx last year, as well as two 14t excavators, the R140W-9A wheeled excavator and its tracked equivalent the R140LC-9A.

Young is also hoping to show Hyundai’s newest wheel loader model, the HL760-9A, which made its debut at the ConExpo exhibition in Las Vegas earlier this month.
