HUNGARY FOR CHANGE: Delegates from the UK Midlands local association travelled to Hungary recently to attend the AGM of the Hungarian Branch and to consolidate links with Hungarian civil engineers. Led by the ICE's Hungary Working Party chairman Keith Seago (left), the visitors met new president of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers Gabor Kovats (third from right) and members of Budapest University of Technology & Economics, the British Embassy and the British Council.
