Construction of two temporary 2,500 seat cinemas has started alongside the Millennium Dome in Greenwich. The 120m by 54m structures are designed by architects Urban Salon and Edwin Shirly Staging and replace the 'Baby Dome' of the original masterplan. The new structure will have PTFE coated Teflon fabric cladding supported by portal frames. Completion is scheduled for May.
