ICE news

Nominations for this year's Historic Bridge & Infrastructure Awards need to be in by the end of this month. The awards celebrate excellence and innovation in the conservation of transport-related structures in England and Wales. Structures must be more than 30 years old and can include bridges, tunnels, aqueducts, canal locks and railway train sheds. The awards are sponsored by the ICE Panel for Historical Engineering Works, local authority body CSS, English Heritage, British Waterways and Network Rail.
