The Highways Agency aims to deliver £200M in efficiency improvements by March 2008, one of eight key targets to deliver in the coming 12 months. It also proposes to make a high occupancy vehicle lane at the junction between M606 and M62, and score at least 95% in air quality, biodiversity, landscape, noise and water quality.
