'High Line'

News

A winning proposal for renovation of the 1930s 'High Line' elevated railway on Manhattan's West Side is to be selected from four design groups' proposals which have been exhibited in New York during August. A voluntary nonprofit group, the Friends of the High Line hopes to raise the $40M needed to restore the 3km railway which is currently derelict. Businesses, civic leaders and design professionals are among supporters.
