Great Ormond Street hospital scheme launched

Great Ormond Street Hospital Childrens’ Charity is seeking bidders for a £35 million deal to design and build a research centre.

The central London charity is to create an 8,000 to 9,000 sq m Research Centre for Rare Diseases next to the world-famous Great Ormond Street Hospital.

The scheme aims to improve the hospital’s ability to diagnose paediatric diseases and develop novel therapies for children.

Interested parties have until 24 August to submit expressions of interest, and should contact consultants Gardiner & Theobald for details of the pre-qualification questionnaire.
