GREAT AND GOOD

The judges for this year's British Construction Industry Awards met for the first time this week. They are: British Airways chief executive Robert Ayling, ICE president Roger Sainsbury, Costain Group chief executive John Armitt, Robert Benaim of Robert Benaim & Associates, Architects' Journal editor Paul Finch, Mace managing director Ian McPherson, Jane Priestman, design management consultant representing the Daily Telegraph, NCE's editor emeritus Mike Winney, Robert Beresford, former chairman of Mott MacDonald, Brian Jefferson, architectural advisor to the Department of Culture, Media and Sport, and Bovis director Christopher Spackman.
