Gonsal's double claim to fame

Dugald Gonsal, former chief engineer of the London Borough of Camden, was last week awarded an OBE.

But he has another claim to fame. The 1984 ICE List of Members had four entries under the name of Gonsal. All four entries are at the same address and three of the four are female. They were Dugald and his three daughters.
