Golder goes for growth


Golder Associates (UK) will take on 30 more consultants in 2005 to meet its expansion plans.The company's revenue rose by 33% last year and it expects the growth to continue.

Managing director Julian Jones said: 'I'll be employing people in engineering and hydrogeology.I see land regeneration being a big issue for us.Also, skills in the mining sector around the world are currently underresourced so we have more work than we can shake a stick at.'
