Going underground

Balfour Beatty Rail Projects is preparing itself to start work on one of its most high profile projects ever, replacing the infrastructure for the Metronet Consortium taking on the London Underground.

Metronet was formed in 1999 and has been selected as preferred bidder for the Infraco BCV (Bakerloo, Central and Victoria lines), and the Sub Surface Lines (Metropolitan, District, Circle, Hammersmith and City and East London lines) London Underground contracts.

BBRP engineers will be responsible for the coordinating, planning and supervising the work on the tracks.
