Galliford Try's sales figures for the first half of the financial year shows the contractor has performed strongly despite increasingly difficult market conditions.
The Group has already accumulated £473m in contracted or completed sales, 65% of their annual sales target for 2008.
The performance forecast for the second half of the financial year is expected to beat last years numbers.
The purchase of Linden Homes in March 2007 has helped boost the productivity of their housebuilding division by 98%, and the recent acquisition of Newcastle-based affordable housing contractor Kendall Cross is expected to further increase revenues when public sector housing plans come into affect in the area.
The Group's interim results for the half year to 31st December 2007 will be released on February 21st.
