Fugro acquisition expands French business

Fugro has announced that it has acquired France-based geoconsultant Geoter.

According to Fugro, the business is recognised for its expertise in in geology, earthquake hazard and risk assessment, and applied GIS and spatial analysis. Fugro has said that the acquisition will building on its strategy to provide clients with fully integrated geo-solutions.

Geoter’s 30-strong workforce is based in Montpellier and operates in French-speaking markets world wide.
