Free 2002 membership subscriptions

Five ICE members have won free 2002 membership subscriptions, as part of the Institution's drive to speed up subscription returns (NCE 11 October 2001). ICE members who paid their fees by direct debit and returned their Targeting our services information sheet were entered into a draw. The winners are:

GC Garfield of Loughborough, SJ Wilson of Bolton, RM Horlor of Sutton, AN Baalham of London and SV Ward of Bristol.

-Welsh Assembly minister for environment, planning and transport, Sue Essex, will be the keynote speaker at the ICE's Waste Management Wales conference on 14 February at the County Hall, Cardiff.

Conference topics include:

-The South Western association meeting Site Investigation on 6 February will be held in the Shire Hall, Gloucester County Council, and not in the City Council Civic Suite as listed in What's on last week.
