Four firms win water mega-deals

Four contractors have won places on Anglian Water’s latest AMP6 frameworks – which could be worth up to £1.5bn.

The utility firm named Clancy Docwra and Kier MG for its integrated metering and developer services programme, worth £200M between 2015 and 2020.

Kier MG also scooped a place on Anglian’s £250M integrated operational solutions panel, along with Barhale and Morrison Utility Services.

The frameworks could be extended into AMP7 and AMP8, to cover up to 15 years.

Jason Tucker, head of capital delivery and supply chain management for Anglian Water, said: “Confirming our partners for these two vitally important alliances is another significant step forward in our AMP6 procurement process.

“We are determined to deliver maximum efficiency and satisfaction for our customers by working closely with these carefully selected organisations to drive innovation.”
