Four contractors are to be prosecuted


Four contractors responsible for the widening of the M2 motorway in Kent are to be prosecuted by the Health & Safety Executive. They are Costain, Skanska, Mowlem and Ovendens Earthmoving. The prosecution relates to a fatal car accident caused by mud contamination of a slip road, alleged to be from a construction site exit.
