More than 70 British companies will be represented on the Department of Trade & Industry/ Federation of Manufacturers of Construction Equipment & Cranes stand which will include about 30% more companies than at the last Bauma in 1995.

Also many British firms such as JCB will have substantial stands in their own right. But despite the increase in size to l0,000m2, FMCEC had difficulty in fitting all the firms that wanted to exhibit on to the footprint made available for the joint group.
