Fleming finalists

The final of the 2004 Fleming Award on 8 December at ICE, London, will be contested by three projects:

The River Witham Phase 2/3 contract, Lincoln (Bullen Consultants, Environment Agency and May Gurney)

Moorhouse draught relief shaft Crossrail, London (Arup Geo technics, Geotechnical Consulting Group, Skanska UK Building, WJ Groundwater, Crossrail London Links, Arup Tunnelling and Skanska UK Tunnelling)

Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin (Bachy Soletanche, Mouchel Park- man, Environmental Protection Agency, Dublin Docklands Development Authority and Pierse Contracting).

Each team will give a brief presentation on their projects and while the judges deliberate John Burland from Imperial College will give a keynote lecture. The BGA award is sponsored by Cementation Foundations Skanska.
