Fine by me

Anyone bright enough to become a chartered civil engineer should be bright enough to realise that instead of 'rubbishing' speed cameras the best way of avoiding a speeding fine is to observe the speed limits.

I have managed to do so for more than half a century 'and what one fool hath done another can'.
