FES is drilling a number of sampling and monitoring boreholes at the proposed site of Crossrail's Whitechapel Station and interchange in east London. A total of 17 cable percussion boreholes were drilled to depths of 47m, eight of which were extended by Geobore S rotary coring or open hole drilling to depths of 70m.
