FALLEN ARCH

Bishopston Lane rail bridge in Stratford-on-Avon has been demolished by Birse as part of a new access road scheme for Warwickshire County Council. The Victorian brick arch bridge was dropped in a single 8.5 hour nightime possession. The Bishopton Lane scheme will include a new bridge, 400m of new highway, diversion of a watercourse, a new roundabout and road widening.
