Environment Board seeks case studies

COUNCIL MEMBER and sustainability proponent Roger Duffell is on the look out for case studies in environmental engineering that can be promoted through ICE's Environment and Sustainability Board.

Duffell wants to champion examples of excellent practice and innovations that minimise use of natural resources, including energy, and ranging across new construction to recycling of both land and materials. In the first instance, he would like to be briefed with the basic details of what a particular project is, what it has achieved and who is involved. Duffell requests that, where available, substantial reports be sent to the ICE Council Office at Great George Street. Brief notes can be faxed to him direct on tel/fax (01442) 865698.
