News

Engineers will soon have a new way of learning about the latest technical and business innovations, and of sharing solutions they have developed or used. The NCE Plus Knowledge Bank is an online database bringing together good ideas - large or small - that civil engineers are putting into practice. This is a free service, with no charges for accessing or appearing in the database. Entries should be submitted now to ensure inclusion at the launch early next year. NCE Plus will be key part of Construction Plus, a major new Internet service being developed by Emap Construct, the publisher of NCE and NCE International, Construction News, and The Architects' Journal. Construction Plus will launch early in 2000 with a wide range of essential news and services for professionals across the industry. Information tailored for civil engineers will be found at the NCE Plus web site.
