Dublin engineers criticised

Engineers in Dublin were criticised last week for creating one of Ireland's worst ever traffic jam. The city authorities came under fire for a lack of traffic management after repairs to a watermain caused traffic chaos on the N11, which reduced a section to one lane and caused a 32km tail-back.

Some drivers were stuck in their cars for four hours.
