Dubai's building boom to continue

Dubai's building boom is set to continue, in contradiction to predictions of a crash in 2009, according to a survey by the Middle East Economic Digest (MEED). Research by Dubai-based Fouad Bardawil estimates that by 2010, 175,000 new units will be available, but 181,000 will still be required. This is due to the growing population and business sector, says MEED.
