DSI sold to European investor


Bankrupt German construction group Walter Bau's anchor supplier Dywidag Systems International (DSI) has been sold to European investor Industri Kapital for $180M.

Austrian contractor Strabag is to take over of some of Walter Bau's building and civil engineering projects, which were transferred to the recently founded Dywidag Schl³sselfertig und Ingenieurbau. Strabag has also acquiried Walter Heilit Verkehrswegebau, Dywidag International, Dyckerhoff & Widmann and RIB.
