Docklands Light Railway

Docklands Light Railway in London launched a public consultation this week over a proposed three-car service to cope with growing capacity demands. By increasing the service from two to three cars however most stations will need platform extensions while bridges and viaducts must also be strengthened. Transport for London will fund the £110M construction works, with FaberMaunsell as consultant.
