Discipline rulings

THREE MEMBERS appeared before the ICE's disciplinary board on 28 October.

Alan Latter was found to be in breach of Rule 2 of the Institution's Rules for Professional Conduct and will be reprimanded. The Board ordered that within one year, Latter should undertake a course of training in customer care.

Elwyn Burch was found to be in breach of rules 2 and 3 of the Institution's rules for professional conduct. Burch will be admonished and ordered to take a course in business administration.

Graduate Member Martin Berry breached Bylaw 33 and Rules 2 and 9 of the rules for professional conduct. Berry will be admonished and his admission to corporate membership deferred for one year.
