  • 10 Years later - and flooding is just a distant memory for most. Many of the Pitt recommendations have been implemented but little has been done to inform those likely to be affected about what measures they can take in advance to mitigate the effects in case we experience another such event in future. Surely insurers, local authorities and the Environment Agency should be proactive in this?

PS - don't worry it's not about religion.
