A colleague on a whirlwind tour of Egypt was dozing after a very long day as the coach taking him into Cairo hurtled hotelward. Such was his fatigue that he still isn't sure that he wasn't hallucinating as the driver flung his vehicle into a tight access ramp up to an elevated motorway section.
