Dawlish project

Promoter: Babtie

Part of Southern Water's major capital investment programme, the project will improve wastewater treatment and storm water discharges in Dawlish and the surrounding area. It includes a new treatment works with activated sludge bioreactor, new sewerage, pumping stations and a large underground stormwater storage tank.

Value: 12.5M

Start: October 1998. Team appointed a year earlier.

Finish: Phase 1 summer 1999 phase 2 December 2000
