Dando to make and market Terrier sampling rigs

DANDO DRILLING International has signed a licence agreement with Terrier UK to manufacture and market the Terrier range of self-propelled drive sampling rigs worldwide.

To coincide with this, Dando has launched the Dando Terrier 2002 Drive Sampling Rig. This retains the features of the petroldriven Terrier 2000 but diesel power allows access to sites denied to petrol-driven machines.

The Terrier 2002 is powered by a 16hp water-cooled, electric start diesel engine and is designed for soil sampling and testing for geotechnical and environmental analysis.

It uses a fully-guarded two-piece drop hammer and comes with a range of 66mm to 128mm diameter casing and sampling tubes.
