D-Day for Doncaster


PILING IS about to start on the Doncaster Interchange. Stent Foundations has been working closely with Sir Robert McAlpine for the last four years to develop the substructure package for the transport hub.

The project has involved considerable discussion with Corus Rail as the site is adjacent to Doncaster Station. Works includes 1200 450, 600,750, and 900mm diameter CFA piles up to 14m. The project is valued at £1M. Arup is consulting engineer.
