ENTRANTS for the British Geotechnical Association's 32nd Cooling Prize Competition for young engineers have three months to submit entries.
Candidates should submit papers of no more than 2000 words by 31 December 2001. Finalists will make presentations at the Cooling Prize Competition event on 19 February 2002 at Southampton University when the winner will be chosen.
Prizes include a £200 cheque (sponsored by GE), a cutglass decanter and BGA sponsorship to next year's Young Geotechnical Engineers Conference.
