Could you reduce energy bills in the North West?

A local authority in the North West is seeking an operator for an energy supply scheme.

Cheshire East Borough Council advertised in OJEU for a partner to bring down the cost of power for residents and businesses in the region.

It said it was representing a wider group of bodies and work could extend across the North West and into the Midlands.
