Foundations for a luxury home in Warwickshire are being installed by Roger Bullivant using its pre-cast T-beam house foundations system supported by continuous flight auger (CFA) piles.

The pre-cast ground beams and CFA system were chosen for speed of operation, minimal excavation, spoil removal and use of insitu concrete resulting in fewer lorry movements in the rural setting.

The CFA piles were installed by a specially designed and built 5004 rig using a hollow stem auger.

Installation of the T-beam pre-cast system and an insitu ground beam system for a circular conservatory completed the £70,000 contract. The system was designed and detailed using Bullivant's in-house software.
