The 'early warning meeting' has been renamed the 'risk reduction meeting'.

Introduction of 'key dates' to allow smoother handover between contracts. This could be a date when electrical supply must be ready for use to allow other operations to commence.

Improving schedule of payment to contractors so they are paid as soon as work is completed, not one month or more after.
