Consultant calls in the shrink

CONSULTANT THORBURN Colquhoun is using a psychologist to help staff cope with potential confrontation with its clients.

The firm is using this unusual training method to help staff resolve potential disputes by negotiation rather than through costly contractual wrangles.

Results due to be announced today show a return to profit of £350,000 compared with a

loss of £250,000 the previous year.
