Client is Beijing Urban Construction Donghua Real Estate Development Co. Arup has been appointed by Binnie Black & Veatch to act as independent environmental checker for flood protection works at Sheung Cheung Wai Village, Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong.
