Construction of a new Docklands Light Railway

Construction of a new Docklands Light Railway spur to London City Airport is one of a number of options which have been investigated in a feasibility study to be published next month. Consultant Steer Davies Gleave will report on six extension options, including the short spur to the airport in the Royal Docks and a line under the Thames to Woolwich Arsenal (NCE 17 July 1997).
