Construction Industry Council is nuts over KPI

ICE news

A briefing from the Construction Industry Council (CIC) - the representative forum for the industry's professional bodies, research organisations and specialist trade associations - reports how key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarking can play an essential role in improving the performance of all kinds of construction business.

The council will run a series of workshops across the UK, each designed to provide an intensive and comprehensive view of the benefits of KPIs. The workshop will demonstrate methods of measuring performance with the help of practical examples and offer a step by step guide to their use.

There will be workshops in Edinburgh on 5 September, London on 13 September and 11 October, Leeds on 20 September, Cardiff on 27 September, and Liverpool on 4 October.
