Coffey secures second Hunter contract

Theiss has appointed Coffey International to undertake a AUS$6M (£3.8M) contract for materials testing and analysis work on the eastern section of the Hunter Expressway in New South Wales, Australia.

Coffey will provide laboratory testing services including construction materials conformance and quality control testing during the construction phase of the eastern section being undertaken by a consortium of Theiss, Parsons Brinckerhoff and Hyder Consulting.

Coffey Information has also recently secured contracts for testing services on the Western Hunter Expressway Project D&C.

Coffey expects to complete testing work on the project at the end of 2013.
