Civils Vanguard for nuclear work

Contrary to NCE's report regarding HMS Vanguard's arrival at Devonport (NCE 7 February), the dockyard has had nuclear powered submarines within its confines for a number of years, and has successfully decommissioned, refitted and refuelled them.

This latest arrival is a landmark occasion for the construction work that has been achieved over the past four years to get Devonport ready for HMS Vanguard, as part of the D154 Project undertaken by DML.
