Civil engineering students urged to apply for bursary

Civil engineering students are being urged to apply for a new £10,000 bursary set up by the Royal Institute of British Architects and architectural firm John McAslan & Partners for projects that will boost the quality of life in a deprived community. John McAslan said he was keen to see engineering students apply for the bursary to foster better links between the two professions. 'My ideal application would be from engineering and architecture students who have formed a link to work on a collaborative project, ' he said. Contact RIBA on (020) 7580 5533 for more information.
