Demolition and construction squads working on the site of the former Daily Mirror HQ in Holborn London will meet at ground level. Structural engineer the Yolles Partnership will use the old building's massive foundations to carry the steel frame for a new office designed by Foster & Partners for client Alice Development. Demolition started last October and contractor Bovis began on site in November.
